A healthy, vigorous corn seedling sets the foundation for better performance and yield. Avicta® Complete Corn, a combination of Avicta seed treatment nematicide, Cruiser® seed treatment insecticide and Apron XL®, Maxim® XL and Dynasty® seed treatment fungicides, offers critical protection during germination and stand establishment when young corn plants are unable to protect themselves against early-season pests.
Roundup Ready® Corn 2 contains in-plant tolerance to glyphosate brand herbicides, enabling growers to spray a glyphosate herbicide over the top, from planting through the V8 stage or 30-inch corn height, with excellent crop safety and no yield reduction. Compared to popular conventional corn programs, the Roundup Ready® Corn 2 system costs less, while allowing hybrids to reach their maximum yield potential. While the U.S. regulatory agencies have given full approval to Roundup Ready® Corn 2 for commerce in the U.S. for marketing and consumption as food, food ingredients and feed for livestock, certain regulatory approvals are pending in certain export markets. CruiserMaxx® Beans brand product is an insecticide and fungicide seed treatment combination that protects soybean and dry bean seeds and seedlings against a broad spectrum of seed and foliar-feeding insects, such as aphids and bean leaf beetle, as well as all major seed- and soil-borne fungal disease pathogens, resulting in increased plant stand, uniformity and vigor, and enhanced yield potential. CruiserMaxx® Beans is one or more separately registered products or combination of products containing the following: CruiserMaxx®; CruiserMaxx® and Apron® XL; Cruiser®, Maxim® and Apron® XL; or Cruiser® and an ApronMaxx® brand fungicide. Cruiser technology is protected by U.S. Patent number 6,753,296, and other patents and pending applications in the U.S. and other countries.
ApronMaxx® is a combination of Apron® XL and Maxim®. ApronMaxx brand fungicides offer the widest range of disease protection for soybeans. ApronMaxx helps protect crop investments by ensuring stand establishment and therefore enabling soybean growers to avoid replanting costs and maximize yield potential. ApronMaxx is available in the following formulations: ApronMaxx® RFC, ApronMaxx® RTA® + Moly, ApronMaxx® RTA®, ApronMaxx® Bean Pak.
Before opening a bag of seed, be sure to read and understand the stewardship requirements, including applicable refuge requirements for insect resistance management, for the biotechnology traits expressed in the seed as set forth in the technology agreement that you sign.
